Aidan has steadily risen in ranks during his 14 years with DUC to his current role as Senior Project Superintendent and Estimator. His intimate knowledge of the construction process and high standards ensure our clients' expectations are thoroughly met. Aidan's responsibilities include directing the functions for cost estimating, tendering, and scheduling.

Rod Harbeck

Rod brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Senior Project Manager and Controller of DUC. As an Architect, his intimate knowledge of the design process assists him in comprehensively understanding our clients' wants and needs. Rod also utilizes his expertise by serving as the main point for accounting, negotiations, and contract administration.
